Returns and Refund Policy
I am committed to providing quality products and services. I strive to ensure that you are happy with the product you have purchased. Please contact me with any feedback or issues. I constantly update models and products upon feedback. Below is the refund and return policy, if you are unsure please email me or use the form on the page.
Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind; or incorrect choice. However, if you have made an incorrect purchase choice exchanges will be available. Postage to return the incorrect item will be at the cost of the customer.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and after the item has been returned. Please allow 5 days for the transaction to appear in your account.
Exchanges or Replacement
To be eligible for a exchanges the item must be unused, in original shipping packaging, and returned within 10 days of purchase.
For damaged or faulty items please contact me, by following the process below. 3D printed products are done in small batches or made to order please understand it may take some time to send a replacement, as I will print you a new item that is not from that batch and may have some changes to the model to ensure that failure will not happen again.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item is faulty/damaged in transit; or
The wrong item was sent
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Please in the subject title put the order number, include photos of the issue; and I will endeavor to respond in a timely manner. I guide you through the process and provide any necessary instructions.
