1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and FL Automotive engineering and Designs (“Company”) regarding your purchase and use of the downloadable 3D model files in STL or related formats (“Files”). By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the Files, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree, do not purchase, download or use the Files.

2. License Grant

The Company grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑commercial license to download, store, and 3D‑print physical objects from the Files for your own personal use.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, this license does not permit commercial use.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

• Download and store the Files on your personal devices

• Modify the Files for your own personal use

• 3D‑print physical objects for personal, non‑commercial purposes

• Create derivative versions for personal use only

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Sell, share, distribute, gift, upload, or otherwise make the Files available to others

• Sell or distribute 3D‑printed objects made from the Files

• Use the Files or printed objects for commercial, promotional, or business purposes

• Claim authorship or ownership of the original Files

• Reverse engineer any embedded licensing or watermarking mechanisms

• Use the Files in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

If you want commercial rights, contact the Company for a separate license.

5. Ownership

The Files are licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the Company. This includes original designs, derivative works, and any associated branding.

6. No Guarantee of Printability

3D printing results vary based on printer type, settings, materials, and user skill. The Company makes no guarantees that the Files will print successfully on your equipment.

7. Updates

The Company may release updated versions of the Files. Access to updates is at the Company’s discretion and may require a new purchase unless otherwise stated.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Files are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not guarantee:

• Print success

• Structural integrity of printed objects

• Suitability for any specific purpose

• Safety of printed objects

Printed objects should not be used for load‑bearing, safety‑critical, or hazardous applications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

• Damage to 3D printers or equipment

• Failed prints or wasted materials

• Injuries or damages caused by printed objects

• Loss of profits or business

• Any indirect or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Files.

10. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. The Company may revoke your license if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Files and stop using any derivative versions.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
